ENHO Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a 34-76) containing 121 amino acids including extra 78 N-terminal amino acids. The total molecular mass is 13.05kDa (calculated).

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
Formulation and Purity: ENHO filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline. Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to add 200ul deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. ENHO is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
