SOX2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids (1-200 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.1kDa. SOX2 protein is fused to an 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The SOX2 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 2mM DTT, 0.2M NaCl & 40% glycerol. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
