Description	Description: The E.coli derived 34 kDa recombinant protein contains the N-terminus Enevelope protein 1-76 amino acids immunodominant regions. Physical Appearance and Stability: SARS Envelope Protein is shipped at ambient temperature.Upon arrival, store at -20C. Formulation and Purity: 50mM Tris-HCl, 60mM NaCl, and 50% glycerol. SARS Envelope protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE(coomassie staining). Application: SARS Envelope antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of SARS with minimal specificity problems.
