Description	Our Anti-SUR2B mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N323B/20. It detects human, mouse, and rat SUR2B, and is TC supernatant. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Sulfonylurea receptor 2B (SUR2A), or ATP binding cassette transporter subfamily C member 9 is encoded by the gene ABCC9 and is a member of the ABC transporter super family. Differential splicing of the ABCC9 gene produces 2 isoforms, SUR2A and SUR2B. SUR2b forms smooth muscle KATP channels with KCNJ8(Kir6.1) and is is involved in regulation and activation. It is also expressed in brain. Diseases associated with this gene include Cantu Syndrome and Dilated Cardiomyopathy 1O.
