Purification method	This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background	Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 1A, (TNFRI) also known as TNFRSF1A or CD120A is the principal receptor through which many of the pro-inflammatory activities of TNF-alpha are mediated. TNFRI contains a death domain through which it interacts with other death-domain proteins to promote cellular responses. It regulates immune and inflammatory responses.

Formulation	0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Storage	anti-CD120a In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (55R-170) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
