Storage Conditions	anti-Ly-6C In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (HK1.4) is stable for at least one week when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Antigen Distribution	The antigen is found on some monocyte/macrophage populations, endothelial cells, thymocytes, NK-cells, T-cell subsets and 40% of bone marrow cells from all mouse strains tested. Clone HK1.4 does not block the binding of clone RB6-8C5
Application Notes	Immunoprecipitation: 1–2 μg per 100–500 μg of total protein (1 ml of cell lysate). Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
