Purification method	This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background	Panitumumab biosimilar is a recombinant, human IgG2 kappa monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kDa and is produced in genetically engineered mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cells.
Concentration	1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml
Formulation	Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.
Endotoxin	≤ 0.5 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
Storage	Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
