Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	E-selectin, also known as CD62E is an inducible leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein specifically expressed by endothelial cells.1 E-selectin helps initiate recruitment of circulating leukocytes to cutaneous, bone and inflamed tissues.2 E-selectin is found in inflammatory skin lesions in psoriasis, contact dermatitis, and delayed- type hypersensitivity, in arthritic joints, and in heart and renal allografts undergoing rejection.3 E-selectin-targeting antibody drug conjugate has potential as a prostate cancer therapy.4

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Blocking: This antibody shows inhibition in the U937 adhesion assay. The adhesion of human U937 cells (5 x 10⁴ cells/well) to 2 μg/mL immobilized rhE-Selectin (100 μl/well) was maximally inhibited (80 - 100%) following pre-treatment with antibody for 1 hour using 100 μl of a 50 μg/ml antibody solution per well.
