Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1) is a small cytokine with mitogenic properties belonging to the CXC chemokine family that was previously called GRO1 oncogene, GROα, KC, Neutrophil-activating protein 3 (NAP-3) and melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha (MSGA-α).1 CXCL1 is expressed by macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells.2 CXCL1 plays a role in spinal cord development by inhibiting the migration of oligodendrocyte precursors and is involved in the processes of angiogenesis, inflammation, wound healing.3, 4

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use at concentration of 5-15 µg/mL. Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize CXCL1/GRO alpha /KC/CINC‑1-induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with human CXCR2. The Neutralization Dose (ND₅₀) is typically 0.15-0.75 µg/mL in the presence of 4 ng/mL Recombinant Rat CXCL1/GRO alpha /KC/CINC‑1.
