Manufacturer - Specificity	Anti-Human Kappa is specific for kappa light chains of human immunoglobulins. This antibody also recognizes free kappa light chains and Bence-Jones kappa light chains. It is not reactive with lambda light chains. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Formulation	This purified antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Antigen Distribution	Approximately 50% of normal human B-lymphocytes express kappa light chains. B-cell leukemias may express either kappa or lambda light chains.
