Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antibody should be stored desiccated at -20°C. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least six weeks at 4°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Product Description	Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 23 (CCL23) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family.1 It is primarily expressed in cells of the myeloid lineage.2 CCL23 induces endothelial cell migration and tube formation and enhances the expression of MMP-2 mRNA and protein levels in endothelial cells. CCL23 may play a direct role in angiogenesis.3

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Neutralization: This antibody is useful for neutralization of Human CCL23 bioactivity. The antibody dose required to neutralize 50% (ND₅₀) of the biological activity of Human CCL23 (at 20 ng/ml) is 0.5 - 2.5 µg/ml.
