This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-chicken IgY (H+L) with CF® 350 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF® 350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF® 350, CF® 405S, and CF® 405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.

Serum immunoglobulin from Donkey (Equus africanus asinus), BSA from bovine serum (Bos taurus) or recombinant BSA produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells.
