Medium:

AddexBio-formulated EMEM (C0005-01) + 10% FBS

Subculture:

Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Establish new cultures at 1 x 10^5 cells/mL and maintain at 2 x 10^5 cells/mL. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37C). Culture at 5% CO2, 37C. Renew medium once every 2 to 3 days depending on cell density.

Freezing Medium:

Complete growth medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
