Manufacturer - Applications	The activity is calculated by the ability to chemoattract Balb3/c splenocytesusing a concentration of 1–10ng/ml. Storage Conditions	Thelyophilized product, though stable for 3 weeks at room temperature, is beststored at -20 oC. After reconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at2–8oC. Long term, add 0.1% HSA or BSA, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoidmultiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Antigen Description	Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 3 (CCL3) is aprotein that in humans is encoded by the CCL3 gene.CCL3, also known asMacrophage inflammatory protein-1alpha (MIP-1alpha), is a cytokine belonging to theCC chemokine family that is involved in the acute inflammatory state in therecruitment and activation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (Wolpe et al., 1988). Sherry et al. (1988) demonstrated 2 protein components of MIP1, calledby them alpha and beta.
