Manufacturer - Applications	The ED50 as determined by thedose-dependent proliferation of Mouse NFS-60 indicator cells (measured byH-thymidine uptake) is <0.05ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of2 x 107 IU/mg. Each laboratory should determine an optimum workingtiter for use in its particular application. Other applications have not beentested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Storage Conditions	The lyophilized product, though stablefor 3 weeks at room temperature, is best stored at -20°C. Afterreconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at 2–8oC. Long term, add 0.1%HSA or BSA, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Antigen Description	Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF or GCSF) is a colony-stimulating factor hormone. G-CSF is also knownas colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3). G-CSF also stimulates the survival, proliferation, differentiation, and function of neutrophil precursors andmature neutrophils. G-CSF regulates them using Janus kinase (JAK)/signaltransducer and activator of transcription (STAT) and Ras /mitogen-activatedprotein kinase (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinaseB (Akt) signal transduction pathway.
