Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), one of the four subclasses ofinterferons, and is a multipotent protein, acting on many cell types by inducing or inhibiting many cellular functions through direct effects on gene expression. This ELISA assay pair contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human IFN-γ.
