Culture conditions
Cells: Adipose stem cells
Culture medium: KBM ADSC-4
Container: 6well plate
Conditions: Static culture at 37ÿ and 5% carbon dioxide
Analysis: Images taken the next day or 4 days after seeding
Examples of peeling and sowing conditions
1. Wash cells once with D-PBS(-).
2. Add 500 µ L of KBM Trypsin AOF
3. Leave at room temperature for 5 minutes.
4. Check under a microscope that the cells have detached, then use the Tap technique to completely detach the cells.
5. Collect in a tube and add 10 mL of medium
6. Centrifuge, remove supernatant and re-seed

Cells after 15 passages with this product
No effect on cell morphology even when used for long-term culture
