Description	Recombinant Human HLA-A02:01&B2M&NPM1-CLAV (CLAVEEVSL) Monomer Protein is expressed from E.coli with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminus.It contains Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A02:01), Ile21-Met119(B2M) and CLAVEEVSL peptide.
Background	The nucleophosmin (NPM1) mutant protein, a leukemia-associated antigen characterized by its leukemia-restricted expression and immunogenic potential, has emerged as a promising therapeutic target for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) immunotherapy. Among its immunogenic epitopes, the CLAVEEVSL peptide derived from the full C-terminal region of the NPM1-mutated isoform demonstrates potent immunogenicity, making it a prime candidate for T cell-based immunotherapies.
