cFMS Receptor Inhibitor II

Description: cFMS Receptor Inhibitor II (BUN60856; BUN-60856) is a novel, cell-permeable and potent CSF1R (Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor) kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 80 nM. It is an anilinoquinoline compound that acts as a potent, active site-targeting inhibitor of MCSF receptor/cFMS. Although it is equally potent as cFMS Receptor Inhibitor III in inhibiting the cFMS-dependent growth of M-NSF-60 cells (IC50 = 0.1 uM), this inhibitor is much more selective against cFMS-independent growth of NSO cells (IC50 > 50 uM). Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), also known as macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (M-CSFR), and CD115 (Cluster of Differentiation 115), is a cell-surface protein encoded, in humans, by the CSF1R gene (known also as c-FMS).
