N-Histofine® Simple Stain™ MOUSE MAX PO (R) belongs to a family of immunohistochemical detection systems (from Nichirei Biosciences) designed to enhance staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue sections from MOUSE. It deploys Nichirei Bio’s patented Universal Immuno-enzyme Polymer (UIP) technology that combines amino acid polymers with multiple molecules of peroxidase (PO) and secondary antibodies reduced to Fab’ fragments. To eliminate background staining, secondary antibodies undergo solid-phase adsorption with mouse serum. Simple Stain™ MOUSE MAX PO comes in versions optimized for use with primary antibodies from rabbit (R), goat (G) and rat (Rat). Principle and Procedure

1) No reaction with endogenous mouse immunoglobulins

When immunohistochemical detection systems designed for human tissue sections are used for staining mouse sections, problematic background staining may arise from reactivity with endogenous mouse immunoglobulins. N-Histofine® Simple Stain™ MOUSE MAX PO is designed for staining mouse tissue sections by eliminating background staining from endogenous immunoglobulins.
