Description	Homer1 (Homer protein homolog 1) belongs to Homer family of proteins that regulate signal transduction through, and the trafficking of, glutamate receptors, as well as maintain and regulate extracellular glutamate levels in corticolimbic brain regions. The Homer1 is enriched at excitatory synapses and binds group 1 metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs).

IF Comment	ICC/IF analysis of HOMER1 in U87MG cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0146 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).
WB Comment	The tissue lysate(50ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human HOMER1 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Lane 1.: Mouse Brain Tissue lysate
