Target	Function: Protects cells and enzymes from oxidative damage, by catalyzing the reduction of hydrogen peroxide, lipid peroxides and organic hydroperoxide, by glutathione. Catalytic activity: 2 glutathione + H(2)O(2) = glutathione disulfide + 2 H(2)O. Subcellular location: Secreted.

Applications info	IHC, WB. A concentration of 10-50 ug/ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Storage	Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
