Applications Notes	In the pentose phosphate pathway, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGDH) catalyze the synthesis of NADPH in turn, which are closely related to energy balance, growth rate and cell viability. In addition, 6PGDH plays an important role in stress physiology.
