Usage Notes	• 96 Well Clear Flat Bottom UV-Transparent Microplate is needed. • Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors. • The sample preparation must be done on ice to prevent the enzyme inactivation, and the enzyme activity should be determined on the same day. avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
Storage Instructions	Storage at –20°C and Keep from light immediately upon receipt. Kit has a storage time of 6 months from receipt. Refer to list of materials supplied for storage conditions of individual components.
