A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts, but is also suitable for bacterial extracts. Supplied with a data sheet. Note: available as 1x1ml or as a set of 5x1ml.

E-64 Protease Inhibitor: Molecular weight: 357.4, 1X1.5mM. Target Protease: Cysteine Proteases
Leupeptin, Hemisulfate: Molecular weight: 476.6, 1X2mM. Target Protease: Cysteine Proteases and Trypsin-like Proteases
Pepstatin A: Molecular weight: 685.9, 1X1mM. Target Protease: Aspartic Proteases

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
