Supplied as lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1mM DTT, 5% trehalose, 0.01% sarcosyl, 0.05% Proclin-300. Reconstitute with sterile PBS to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage & Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
