Recombinant Human Carcinoembryonic Antigen is glycosylated with N-linked sugars and produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells. rHuCEA is a well known tumor marker corresponding to the full length human CEA which is approximately 120kD.

Purity: ≥ 90% by RP-HPLC, FPLC, or reducing/non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stain; Purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Dimers and Aggregates:
≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.

Endotoxin:
≤ 0.1ng/ug (IEU/ug) of Human CEA.

Form: Supplied as a liquid in 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 150mM sodium chloride.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
