Description	Human DLK1, His Tag (DK1-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 24 - Gly 303 (Accession # P80370-1).
Background	Protein delta homolog 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DLK1 gene. It is expressed as a transmembrane protein, but a soluble form cleaved off by ADAM17 is active in inhibiting adipogenesis, the differentiation of pre-adipocytes into adipocytes.
