Product Description	CD14 is a 53-55 kD GPI-anchored single chain glycoprotein that plays a role in the clearance of gram-negative pathogens by interacting with other proteins, including TLR-4 and MD-2, to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS). As a high-affinity receptor for LPS, it is involved in the upregulation of adhesion molecules and cytokine expression in monocytes and neutrophils.

Formulation	This DyLight® 800 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Antigen Distribution	CD14 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and granulocytes.
