Description	Mouse Anti Human Aldo-Keto Reductase Family 7 Member A3
Introduction	AKR7A3, takes part in the detoxification of aldehydes and ketones. AKR7A3 reduces the dialdehyde protein-binding form of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) to the non-binding AFB1 dialcohol. AKR7A3 participates in protection of liver against the toxic and carcinogenic effects of AFB1, a potent hepatocarcinogen.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
Immunogen	Anti-human AKR7A3, is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human AKR7A3 amino acids 1-331 purified from E. coli.
Purification Method	AKR7A3 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
