Introduction	The B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-1 provides regulatory signals for T lymphocytes as a consequence of binding to the CD28 and CTLA4 ligands of T cells CD-80 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for t- lymphocyte activation. t-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of cd28 or ctla-4 to this receptor.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
Immunogen	Purified mouse LPS-activated B cells.
Purification Method	Ion exchange column.
Protein concentration	1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)
Antibody Properties	Blocking and staining antibody. For staining, use 10ul/1, 000, 000 cells. Titer for blocking T cell activation should be determined by the investigator.
Available Conjugates	This antibody is only available as purified antibody.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Storage	Lyophilized: store at 4C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20C.
