Description	IGFBP6 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 148-240 and having a molecular mass of 20 kDa including 4kDa His tag. IGFBP6 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation	IBP-6 was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing 1X PBS, 0.1% SDS and 1mM DTT.
Purity	Greater than 80.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
Storage	Lyophilized IBP6 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution IGFBP-6 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
