Description	Recombinant Human Lysophospholipase II
Formulation	The LYPLA2 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 100mM NaCl.
Introduction	Acyl-protein thioesterase 2 (LYPLA2) is lysophospholipase which acts on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. LYPLA2 may hydrolyze fatty acids from S-acylated cysteine residues in proteins such as trimeric G alpha proteins or HRAS.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
