Description	Recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD117 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gln26-Pro520.
Background	The c-kit proto-oncogen (CD117) has been shown to be present in several cell types including normal and neoplastic hemopoietic cells. Among normal BM cells, CD117 expression has been found in about half of the CD34 precursors including progenitors committed to the erythroid, granulo-monocytic, and megakaryocytic cell lineages.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
