It is expressed on a variety of nonhematopoietic cell types, and plays a role in inflammatory diseases, including autoimmunity and certain cancers. IL-17RC associates with IL-17RA to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17A and IL-17F[1][2].IL-17RC Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal Fc-tag.
