FGF-21 regulates energy balance and glucose and lipid homeostasis through a heterodimeric receptor complex comprising FGFR1 and 尾-klotho. FGF-21 can also signal through FGFR2 and FGFR3. FGF-21 can be used for research of obesity, NASH, NAFLD, and type 2 diabetes mellitus[1][2]. FGF-21 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived FGF-21 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
