[Novoprotein] Recombinant Mouse Dickkopf-Related Protein 1/mDKK1/DKK-1 (N-8His)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.
Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7C for 2-7 days.
Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20C for 3 months.

Recombinant Mouse Dickkopf-related protein 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system & the target gene encoding Thr32-His272 is expressed with a 8His tag at the N-terminus.

This gene encodes a protein that is a member of the dickkopf family. It possesses two clusters of ten cysteine residues separated by a linker region. The protein highly expressed in thyroid, small intestine, stomach, liver, placenta, pancreas, uterus, abdominal cavity, bladder & skin. Weaker expression has been detected in colon & spleen. It antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6interaction with Wnt & by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
