Recombinant Human Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 7 is produced by our E.coli expression system & the target gene encoding Met1-Phe346 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.

Cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) belongs to the CMGC Ser/Thr superfamily, CDK7 colocalizes with PRKCI in the cytoplasm & nucleus, translocating from the nucleus to cytoplasm & perinuclear region in response to DNA-bound peptides. As a serine/threonine kinase CDK7 is involved in cell cycle control & RNA polymerase II-mediated RNA transcription. In addition, CDK7 is the catalytic subunit of the CDK-activating kinase complex, which phosphorylates SPT5/SUPT5H, SF1/NR5A1, POLR2A, p53/TP53, CDK1, CDK2, CDK4, CDK6 & CDK11B/CDK11.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
