Recombinant Human Tyrosine-Protein Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 1/PTPN1 is produced with our E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Thr435) of Human PTPN1 fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.

Tyrosine-Protein Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 1 (PTPN1) is an enzyme containing 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain. PTPN1 belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, member of which catalyze the hydrolysis of the phosphate monoesters specifically on tyrosine residues. PTPs were isolated & identified based on their enzymatic activity & amino acid sequence. PTPN1 can dephosphorylate the phosphotyrosine residues of the activated insulin receptor kinase. It acts as a regulator of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response & regulates the EFNA5-EPHA3 signaling pathway. PTPN1 is implicated in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation, cell responses to cytokines & hormones, & malignancy transformation.
