Background	Signal transducer and activator of transcription 4 (STAT4) is a member of the STAT family and localizes to the cytoplasm. STAT4 is phosphorylated after a variety of cytokines bind to the membrane, and then dimerized STAT4 translocates to the nucleus to regulate gene expression.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 20% glycerol, 0.5mM DTT (pH 7.5).
