Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat gp130 / CD130 / IL6ST (rR gp130 / CD130 / IL6ST; Catalog#80030-R08H; NP_001008725.2; Met 4-Glu 618). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
