Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human MCSFR. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
Intended use	For the quantitative determination of Human CSF1R / MCSF Receptor / CD115 concentration in serum.

Sample values	The average concentration of Human MCSFR detected in 10 human serum from apparently healthy people is 76.6 +/- 21.7 ng/mL ranging from 38.6 to 109.9 ng/mL.
Interference	Recombinant human CSF1 prepared at 50 ng/mL were assayed and exhibited no interference.
