Description	NSC 48160 is a small molecule compound with anti-pancreatic cancer activity that inhibits the growth of pancreatic cancer cells, induces apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells through the mitochondrial pathway and inhibits metastasis of two types of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro, and can freeze the intermediate of Ras-GTP hydrolysis in the open non-signaling conformation with high affinity and high specificity in silico.
