Purified human recombinant full length cyclin D3 protein. Cellular Localization: Nuclear

Cyclin D3 is a G1 cyclin closely related to cyclin D1 and D2. D3 can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk4 and/or cdk6.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunoprecipitation (Native): 2ug/mg of protein lysate. Use Protein G.
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2 hours at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Positive Controls:
Ls174T and PC12 cells

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
