Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 1ml of sterile ddH2O.

Recombinant human Macrophage, Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Direct ELISA: 1:20, 000 dilution will give 0.2 O.D. using IgG (AP) goat anti-mouse.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
