Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS. Reconstitute with PBS, containing 0.1% BSA. Labeled with Biotin.

Highly pure (> 98%) recombinant human soluble RANKL

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 0.15-0.30ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody solution). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant hsRANKL.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hsRANKL is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
