Specificity	Specific for the nucleoprotein of the SARS virus. Antibody has been tested and is negative for human coronaviruses 229E & OC43 as well as FIP-1, FIP-2, canine coronavirus, TGEV and mouse hepatitis virus.
Description	Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
