RANKL is an osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T cell proliferation. Important regulator of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the T cell-dependent immune response. RANKL plays an important role in the progression of breast cancer.

Recombinant protein corresponding to aa152-317 from human RANKL, fused at the N-terminal to a FLAG-Tag, expressed in HEK 293 cells.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
