Cellulase is an enzyme complex useful for the isolation of plant protoplasts, biomass conversion, carbohydrate research, liquid food clarification and cell dissociation. Trichoderma reesei converts cellulose to glucose via multi-enzymatic hydrolysis of beta-glucans, xylans and hemicellulosic polymers.

• For the treatment of cellulosic products and non-starch polysaccharides
• Contains all three enzymatic activities: endo-cellulase, exo-cellulase (cellobiohydrolase), and beta-glucosidase

Stability and Storage:
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
