Protein Function	May be involved in the control of the cell cycle at the G1/S (start) and G2/M (mitosis) transitions. May primarily function in the control of the germline meiotic cell cycle and additionally in the control of mitotic cell cycle in some somatic cells. .
Subcellular Localization	Nucleus .
Tissue Specificity	Very high levels in testis and very low levels in brain. Also found in myeloid leukemia cell lines.

Immunogen	E.coli-derived human Cyclin A1 recombinant protein (Position: D64-E263). Human Cyclin A1 shares 78.5% and 79.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat Cyclin A1, respectively.
Purification	Immunogen affinity purified.
Cross Reactivity	No cross reactivity with other proteins
Storage	At -20?C for one year. After r?Constitution, at 4?C for one month. It?Can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20?C for a longer time.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
